MASTER P AND SILKK THE SHOCKER PLEAD NO CONTEST

Hip hop mogul Master P and his younger brother, Silkk The Shocker, both entered pleas of no contest to weapons possession charges in Los Angeles on Monday, March 13th. Through an agreement with prosecutor's the brothers were able to avoid jail time but ordered to pay $700 each and to perform 40 hours of community service. Silkk was also placed on three years supervised probation. The two brothers were arrested in January of 2005 after police officers in Los Angeles discovered two loaded handguns in their car during a traffic stop on the University of California campus.
