um, its not bad, they use mineral oil in high voltage transformers and other high voltage applications because it conducts heat very well, but doest conduct electricity at all. the bad thing about this is if you want to change a card or somthing. also, vegitable oil goes ranced, mineral oil doesnt

Cool but oil evaporates and decompose with heat. Need to change often
