No, but some of the locos that were preserved from here have not been done up. New builds just take the glory and money away from the poor engines that worked hard an deserve to be restored, but are still sat in a preserved railway yard waiting.

This video features 4 out of 5 locomotives in service or stored at Swanage which are owned by Southern Locomotives Ltd. Rebuilt West Country 34028 Eddystone, unrebuilt Battle of Britain 34070 Manston, unrebuilt Battle of Britain 34072 257 Squadron & Standard Tank 80104.

are their steam trains still in barry scrapyard today.If yes then what have you got left.If no then we need to start building new ones.And how much does it cost to by scrap steam locos.

Woodhams was a miracle, the way it managed to save so many southern rly steam locos, i believe by the end they managed to salvage 1x Battle of Britain locos from there. What's the background music?

god! there's a few engines i saw in this vid i've fired looking at them nearly 30 years ago and looking at them now, the owners and the fitters have done a unbeleiveablely good jobs on them. lets hope it carry on
