music is a form of mathematics however. in any systematic form of math there are limits. music in its current form has a limited number of combinations and so the result is that music must eventually reach a repetitive point. its not that the human mind is limited in many ways its abilities are infinite, however our structured systems inherently contain limits and so our possibilities are limited by the systems involved.

the beat is from Stand By me by Ben E. King, but he's not stealing music. it's a dedication to good music. and if you want to talk about "stealing music" listen to canon in D, then listen to a majority of popular music. they all have the same chords. music has it's limits to how notes can be arranged. it's not uncommon that music would overlap in this day and age of great talents and the talent of previous generations.
