The obvious thing to do is try before buy. And if you buy and then be unsatisfied, then sell it or give it to someone who is not able to spend so much money to buy it from a store.

Thats not whats happening. Most people buy it to try it out, learn that it sucks, and then complain about it. And then(like you can see in this video) get angry of the vistas terribleness and "dispose of it".
