In order to save some cash, he wanted to move headquarters from Osaka to Tokyo, but three of the members wouldn't be able to make the move for various reasons (and no, you can't travel from osaka to tokyo- that's like 4 or 5 hours by car and $100 for a one way ticket on the bullet train. It wasn't an option) so they had to essentially quit. There was talk for a little while of trying to replace the lost members, but it was soon decided not to,
